How do you raise Wyverns in Ark?
When raising a Wyvern it will require to be fed Wyvern Milk throughout the stages before it is fully grown. One Wyvern Milk will provide 1200 food for a Wyvern with any food.
If you use the deadon's healing ability you can raise wyvern without any milk!
Incubation Time
The egg requires 80 - 90 Degrees Celcius / 176 - 194 Degrees Fahrenheit, taking 4d 1h 35m 31s for the egg to hatch and reach full maturity (Stats for Lvl 190 Egg) after being placed in a room with a minimum of 20 Campfires recommended.

Gathering. After knocking out a female Wyvern, 5 Wyvern Milk can be found in its inventory. Wyvern torpor depletes quickly, so you should loot it as soon as possible because once the Wyvern wakes up with the Milk still inside, it will be gone until the refresh period when it is knocked out again.

You only need to feed them once the food bar drains, which is once every few hours. They can hatch and wonder around for hours before starving. Female Wyverns need to be knocked out to get 5 milk from their inventory.
Wyverns lose 1 good point per 10 seconds, and 360 points per hour. So 1 wyvern milk will sustain a wyvern for 3.33 hours due to it's 1200 food points. If it's a low level, it might not have 1200 points and have to be force fed milk to avoid starvation.

When raising a Wyvern make sure it's food does not plummet to low. Lower level babies may not have 1200 food so you may need to force feed the milk rather then having it feed itself. Imprinting with milk also counts as a feeding, so don't feed him milk before an imprint!
When the egg hatches, you will have to take care of the wyvern until it grows. You have to do the things that the wyvern asks you to do. The hardest one is to give it wyvern milk. To acquire this you need to knock out an adult wyvern or kill an Alfa.
It takes around 3 days and 20 hours to grow to an adult and they will take Wyvern Milk for imprinting and petting but can be rare prompt.
